Our clinicians

The person you will actually see

Everyone here holds their own list and their own clinics. Registration numbers are published because patients check them, and should be able to.

On continuity

Seeing the same clinician over time is one of the few interventions in general practice with consistently strong evidence behind it — for satisfaction, for hospital admissions, and in several large studies for mortality.

It is also the first thing sacrificed when a practice optimises for throughput. We have built booking the other way round: your previous clinicians appear first, and if the person you want has nothing suitable you will be told that rather than quietly moved to someone else.
