Urgent help
If you need help now
This page is deliberately plain and short. Find the row that matches your situation and make that call.
Life-threatening right now
Call 999Or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait for us to call you back, and do not drive yourself if you are the person affected.
Urgent, but not life-threatening
Call 111Free, any hour. They assess you and can arrange an out-of-hours appointment, send an ambulance, or tell you it can wait until morning.
Urgent, during our opening hours
020 7946 0318Same-day urgent appointments are held back every weekday. Calls about unwell children are triaged by a clinician, not by reception.
Our own out-of-hours line
020 7946 0399For registered patients, evenings and weekends. A clinician who can see your record. It is advice and triage, not a home visit service.
