About this website

This site is operated by Wrenfield Family Health Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using it you accept these terms.

This website is not medical advice

The information published here, including the journal, is general information only. It is not a substitute for an assessment by a clinician who knows your history and has examined you.

If you have a medical emergency, call 999. If you need urgent advice when we are closed, call 111. Do not use this website, the contact form or email to report an urgent problem — these are not monitored continuously.

Appointments and fees

Current fees are published on the fees page and are the fees that apply at the time of booking. Tests, procedures and devices are charged in addition and will be quoted to you before they are carried out.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless we have agreed to invoice your insurer directly. Where an insurer declines or partly settles a claim, the balance remains payable by you.

Cancellations

We ask for twenty-four hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed, are charged at half the appointment fee. We waive this in genuine emergencies and we will not ask you to prove anything.

Our obligations, and their limits

We will provide care with the reasonable skill and care expected of registered healthcare professionals. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this site.

Intellectual property

The content of this website is owned by Wrenfield Family Health Ltd. You may read, print and share it for personal use. You may not republish it commercially without our permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the date it was last revised is shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
