Dr Daniel Mensah

Daniel holds the Diploma in Child Health and runs our paediatric sessions at Northgate, including the under-fives clinic on Wednesday mornings.

He is unusually good at examining a child who does not want to be examined, which is a skill no exam tests. He also writes most of the practice’s children’s health guidance, on the principle that a parent at eleven at night should be able to find a straight answer about a temperature without reading a forum.

Before general practice he spent two years in paediatric emergency medicine at a London teaching hospital.
